Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
In short
- You keep ownership of your WhatsApp Business Account and your data — we operate the platform on your behalf, not the other way round.
- You are the sender of record for every message: getting consent and honouring opt-outs is your responsibility, not ours.
- Subscription fees are prepaid and non-refundable except as covered in our Refund Policy; wallet balance you have not spent stays yours.
- We can suspend an account that puts our WhatsApp platform status at risk, but we give notice first except in serious cases.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Wovara CRM (the “Service”), operated by Go4Lead. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
The Service
Wovara CRM lets you connect a WhatsApp Business Account and manage conversations, contacts, campaigns, automations and support tickets. Messages are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We are a software provider — we do not control WhatsApp itself, and message delivery ultimately depends on Meta.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at grow@go4lead.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes.
Acceptable use
You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and all applicable law. In particular, you must not:
- Message people who have not given you appropriate consent to be contacted.
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or infringing.
- Use the Service for the sale of prohibited goods or services under WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, resell or circumvent access controls or rate limits of the Service.
- Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer’s data.
Consent is your responsibility. You are the sender of record for every message you transmit. You are responsible for obtaining and evidencing opt-in from the people you message and for honouring opt-out requests. Violations can cause Meta to restrict or ban your WhatsApp Business Account, which is outside our control.
Fees, wallet and billing
The Service is billed as a subscription plan plus per-message charges. Per-message charges are drawn from a prepaid wallet balance you top up in advance.
Your wallet is a prepaid balance held with us. It is not WhatsApp or Meta pricing. Each charged message is itemised to show the underlying channel cost charged by Meta and our own platform fee separately, and these appear on your statements and invoices. Rates may change with notice; changes are not applied retroactively.
Subscription fees are payable in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. Unused wallet balance is refundable at our discretion less any amounts already committed or consumed. Taxes are added where applicable.
Your data
You retain ownership of your contacts, messages and other content. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit that content in order to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data while your account is active. After termination we delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties including Meta, payment processors and any integrations you choose to connect. Their terms govern their services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or account actions taken by those providers, including any suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account by Meta.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features. For material adverse changes to features you actively rely on, we will give reasonable advance notice.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates risk or legal exposure, or has unpaid amounts past due. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy first, but serious violations — particularly those putting our platform status with Meta at risk — may be actioned immediately.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that messages will always be delivered, that the Service will be error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from the content you send, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or WhatsApp’s policies.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
